Dr. Wilson Jere has been administering postgraduate programs in aquaculture and fisheries science at MSc and PhD levels for three years. He has been overseeing the regional postgraduate programs in aquaculture and fisheries science as well as administering and awarding scholarships and research grants. He is currently coordinating two other donor funded projects that are responsible for strengthening postgraduate programs in aquaculture and fisheries science.

As an Associate Professor in Fish Genetics, Dr. Jere has been teaching and supervising research at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
