• How to Open a MOODLE account?
  1. Go to www.luanar.ac.mw
  2. Click and open 'MOODLE' link
  3. Click Create new account
  4. Suggest your username (in small letters) and a well secured password.
  5. Provide all the requested details by filling in the form
  6. Make sure that you provide a valid LUANAR email address.
  7. Provide a valid LUANAR registration number
  8. Click create account when all fields are filled
• How to reset a MOODLE forgotten password?
  1. From Home page, go to 'MOOODLE'.
  2. Click Lost password.
  3. Search yourself either through your username or email
     (LUANAR email address used when creating the account).
  4. Login to your email and follow the instruction for password reset
     that has been sent to you.
• How to use ICT online helpdesk?
  1. From the home page, go to ICT link, then click ONLINE HELPDESK.
  2. Click Ask for Help Link
  3. Create and submit your query by filling the form that comes up
  4. Provide a valide email address where the answer to your query will be sent.
  5. Click Create Ticket to submit your query
• I don't have a LUANAR email Address

  Visit ICT department to get assistance in creating a LUANAR email address.
  Remember to bring your ID card when visiting ICT.

  • How to create a new student account?
    1. Go to www.luanar.ac.mw
    2. Click the link New Student Registration
    3. Enter the StudentID number and Default password given to login
    4. Fill in the registration form that comes up.
    5. Ensure that you create your new password by filling in the Create new password and Confirm password Boxes
    6. Click Register after submitting the form
    7. Wait for confirmation message
  • How to reset Account Password?

    Go to Service counter at the Library to get some assistance for password reset.
