The Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources (LUANAR) is pleased to announce names of 896 generic undergraduate self-sponsored candidates who have been selected to pursue various programmes for the 2015/2016 Academic Year. These candidates are expected to arrive at LUANAR Bunda campus by Sunday 27th September, 2015 for registration and orientation.

The 896 candidates were selected using the equitable system of selecting candidates into public universities. Overall, 46% of the available places were offered to females while 54% were offered to males.

The successful candidates are advised that they would have to fend for themselves on all requirements for the duration of their studies i.e. food, accommodation, transport, stationery and other requirements relating to research and upkeep during work place attachments. The University has limited on-campus accommodation. Details on how candidates can apply for this can be obtained from the Director of Students affairs at our Bunda campus.

Successful candidates are further advised that the annual tuition fees for the 2015/2016 academic year shall be
communicated in due course.
