The Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources – NRC Campus is pleased to announce the results of Entrance Examinations for September - December 2015 semester for the Diploma and Degree programmes.

All selected candidates are expected to report at the College on Saturday, 5th September, 2015 at 10:00am for an orientation program from 10:30 am – 12:30 noon. Registration will start after orientation at 1:30pm. All new students must attend the orientation as this will help them to familiarize themselves with the College procedures and regulations, policies and programmes among other things. Classes will commence on Monday, 7th September, 2015. Those who do not report by Friday, 18th September 2015 will have their places declared vacant. There is no reservation of places.

In addition, all continuing students are advised to register at the college on 6th September, 2015 from 10:00am and classes will commence on 7th September 2015.

HOSTEL SPACE
There is very limited accommodation space available for new students. Those who wish to be residing on campus must make a booking on 0992 976 081/082 before making payment.

FEES:
Diploma courses:
1. K126, 960 per semester or K253, 920 per year: Tuition fees only for those who want to find their own accommodation and meals.
2. K78000 accommodation only.
3. K125,000 per semester for those who wish to take meals from the Cafeteria
4. K1,500 per semester Library fees
5. K4,000 per semester Medical Contribution (Optional for non-residential students)
6. K350 per semester Student Union Fee
7. K2,000 for processing Identity Cards (All New Students)
8. Transport to and from town, K700/day paid weekly or monthly

Bachelor of Science in Food Technology:

1. K224, 400 per semester or K448, 800 per year: Tuition fees only for those who want to find their own accommodation and meals.
2. K78000 accommodation only.
3. K125,000 per semester for those who wish to take meals from the Cafeteria
4. K1,500 per semester Library fees
5. All students will be expected to join the University Medical Scheme details of which will be communicated on registration.
6. K350 per semester Student Union Fee
7. K2,000 for processing Identity Cards (All New Students)
8. Transport to and from town, K700/day paid weekly or monthly

Registration of all students will be done upon payment of at least 50% tuition. Those intending to stay in hostels are to pay full accommodation fees to be registered.

Students must bring the deposit slips on registration. Please do not bring cash payment. All continuing students are to pay the fees if they have passed end of semester examinations for the March – June 2015 semester.
